basic elements of GATE_III are granulated sounds of natural origin, which are combined with ultra-low-frequency-waves. theses sounds are directly digitalized into pictures. in front of a gentle moving coloration, arise a nervous twitching play of picture flows in the rhythm of milliseconds.
you see a space, which is flooded by aggressive and pulsing light and sound events.
in GATE_III, picture, sound and movement merge themselves to a confusing whole.
sensory impressions can be experienced in a way, in which "now”, "before” and "afterwards” overlap themselves in many times, light and sound impressions move against each other.
restless vibrating movements culminate to resonance waves with oscillating independent existence.

GATE_III was nominated by the international filmfestival in dahlonega/atlanta for the best experimental video.
